and other treatments

Liposculpture

Liposculpture is a more refined technique of liposuction. While liposuction is to pick up fat clusters, liposculpture creates a smooth silhouette. The doctor becomes a sculptor and can, using the liposculpture, suck a little fat here and there, eliminate excess, fill hollow space, implant fat and transfer fat internally, all this without large incision.

The tiny nozzles that are used for liposculpture produce small entry points, almost invisible, which does not require stitches. Two or three days after surgery, the very fine incisions close up by themselves. These probes cause delicate little depressions, which allow the doctor to work closer to the skin and obtain a smoother surface.

Local anaesthesia avoids the complications of general anaesthesia. The solution provides good anaesthesia and analgesia of tissues, constricts blood vessels, reduces bleeding and makes the tissue firmer. It gives greater mobility to the patient, who can stand up during surgery. The physician can immediately evaluate its work and, if necessary, continue his work as he sculptures the forms.

The bio-Alcamid

The bio-Alcamid is an alternative to lipofilling used in liposuction. It involves the injection of polyacrylamide gel designed to fill deep grooves and restore sagging volumes.

Endermology for cellulite

This technique aims to eliminate the "orange peel" appearance, acting on the fat lobules beneath the skin at the hips, thighs and abdomen, which is resistant to diet and exercise. Endermology uses the principle of touch-roll combined with a vacuum system. The rolls action mobilizes fat lobules, stimulates micro-circulation and accelerates the venous and lymphatic drainage, which puts the fat into circulation for better elimination. Depending on the type of cellulite, mesotherapy sessions can be combined.
