Facial rejuvenation
The eyes rings and cheekbones
The eyes rings are often of an early onset and can occur even before thirty years. With age, the tissues loosen and fat tends to melt. This is particularly visible at the cheekbones that lose their volume, which exacerbate aging and help the widening of the rings. By pulling up cheekbone by wire or notched wire support, we obtain natural and lasting results. In some cases, the use of deep injection of polyacrylamide gels with slow absorption can be an interesting solution, but a return to social life takes longer. Fillers can also be injected into the deep dermis (based on highly cross-linked hyaluronic acid) which will restore the roundness and youth of the face.
Lips
The lips are the most mobile part of the face. The aging evolution of lips is insidious and one should be very careful about his progress. The mouth, including red lips and white lips, and eyes are priority areas for preservation. These are indeed areas that we highlight, while the rest of the face is often camouflaged by makeup. In cosmetic medicine, the techniques used are essentially skin rejuvenation techniques: TCA peels, phenol peels, mesolift, filling fillers (particularly with hyaluronic acid) and lips techniques remodeling. These techniques will result in luscious lips.
Wrinkles around the mouth
The aging around the mouth is a complex process, which is produced by a depletion of fat and connective tissue of the upper lip, a deformation of the bony skeleton of the mouth and sometimes a change in dentition. A thinning of the red lip and a deletion of the rim lip leads, especially among smokers, to the emergence of what one calls "a pleated sun" mouth, which are small vertical lines around lips. This leads us to propose a combination of treatments: peeling, filler injection of collagen, hyaluronic acid, fat, which can restore the youthful mouth appearance.
The chin
The nose and chin are among the most important elements of the face. The double chin is linked to an accumulation of fat that erase the cervico-mental angle. The best treatment remains liposculpture or soft liposuction, when the diagnostic is adequate. The chin liposuction involves the removal of fat, using small cannulae under local anaesthesia by infiltration. Three small incisions are needed, requiring no sutures. An elastic support for a week will produce the gluing of the skin and its retraction. The aftermath of the chin liposuction is small and limited to swelling, some bruising, and sometimes a feeling of indurations. The optimal result is obtained after a month. This treatment can help avoid a surgical facelift that is a procedure much heavier.
The neck loosening
In cases of significant skin laxity of the neck, an alternative to facelift involves placing serrated wire subcutaneously.
